These are from last week. What have I done this week in my craft room? Nothing. But I did go listen to Nikki McClure speak, and she is one of my favorite artists. She was so cute, sweet, and down-to-earth. I aspire for such groundedness as she has.
Send me subliminal messages to get me into the craft room, otherwise, I keep finding things to wash and clean all over this already clean house.

Thank you for reminding me of Nikki McClure's work. Regarding your "doing nothing" in the craft room, don't forget that creativity comes out of the void. Have you tried meditating/power lounging in there? Or throwing your artist child a party for getting your watercolors into a gallery? :)
Singer-songwriter Beth Nielsen-Chapman ("This Kiss" by Faith Hill) recommends doing other things besides Creating with a capital C in our studios. Makes them feel more playful and casual.
